You have the option as a Member to enter your Full Name and E-mail address into our club’s E-Blast database.

On-line Forms:
You may also submit on-line requests, such as information regarding Membership, Golf outings, hosting a private/special event. You may be asked to provide your Name, Member Number, E-mail Address, Telephone Numbers and/or Street Address.

Members Only Log-in:
If you are a Member of the TPC Tampa Bay club, then you may enter the Members Only section. Some of the information required for the log in process is provided to us from TPC Tampa Bay’s database

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

E-Blast:

This information is used by TPC Tampa Bay to verify that you are, in fact, a Member and that you are permitted to receive Club related e-mail (news, events, etc). We do not provide third parties with this information and is used only to provide you with on going e-mail communication.

On-line Forms:

This information to communicate with you, such as to notify you of an event quote, a starting time, an event confirmation, notify you of upcoming events, additional Membership opportunities at the club, or to fulfill another such request by you.

Members Only Log-in:

We use this information as verification so that you may have access to the secured pages of the Website. Throughout the duration of the session, you may browse through every page of the site including Members Only pages and public pages. After the browser has been closed and you return to this site, the cookie will reset and you will have to log-in again.

SHARING INFORMATION

Heritage Golf Group and the TPC Tampa Bay website do not share any personal information with third parties.
